Rule 1: We are responsible for its interpretation (Quran 75:19)
ELSE shirk
WE = way of Allah = Sunnatullah = Law of Nature = Law of Cause & Effect = Logic = Mathematics = Applied Mathematics = Philosophy = 'with proofs and evidences'
Say, "This is my way. It is with proofs and evidences! I, as well as those who follow me, call you towards Allah. He is the most High! I would never commit the sin of shirk (ie. without proofs and evidences)!" (Q12:108)

Why don’t they research the (translations and interpretations of the) Quran? Don’t they realize that if it(s translations and interpretations) was from someone other than Allah (Sunnatullah, Law of Nature), they would find many discrepancies in it (Quran 4:82) Do you do not see how Allah makes a metaphor of a good word/arguments: a good tree whose roots are firm and whose branches are in heaven? It bears fruit regularly by its Lord´s permission. Allah makes metaphors for people so that hopefully they will pay heed. It bears fruit regularly by its Lord´s permission. Allah makes metaphors for people so that hopefully they will pay heed. The metaphor of a corrupt word/arguments is that of a rotten tree, uprooted on the surface of the earth. It has no staying-power. Allah makes those who have iman firm with the Firm Word in the life of this world and the Next World. But Allah misguides the wrongdoers. Allah does whatever He wills. (Quran 14:24-27)

But as for those who have clear evidence from their Lord (P) followed up by a witness from Him (Q) — and before it the Ordain of Musa (P^Q) came as a model and a mercy — such people have iman in it. Any faction which rejects it is promised the Fire. Be in no doubt about it. It is the Truth from your Lord. But most people have no iman (Quran 11:17) Validity (P) + Truth (Q) = Soundness (P^Q) 1. Validity: Law of Nature (Q7:10, "Self-preservation is the first law of nature") 2. Truth: Natural Person (Q6:74-90) 3. Soundness: Natural Law (Q7:156-157, Q103) Do not mix Truth (T) with Falsehood (F) (Quran 2:42) Those who have iman (6:79, 5:81) and do not mix up their iman (11:17) with any wrongdoing (6:112), they are the ones who are safe; it is they who are guided. This is the argument We gave to Ibrahim against his people (Quran 6:82-83)

Fallacies
1. Cherry picking
Do you believe in one part of the Book and deny another part of it? (Quran 2:85)
2. History
They will say, ´There were three of them, their dog being the fourth.´ They will say, ´There were five of them, their dog being the sixth,´ guessing at the Unseen. And they will say, ´There were seven of them, their dog being the eighth.´ Say: ´My Lord knows best their number. Those who know about them are very few.´ So do not enter into any argument concerning them, except in relation to what is clearly known. And do not seek the opinion of any of them regarding them (Quran 18:22)
3. Hadith and scholars
Say: ´Produce your (scholars or hadither) witnesses to testify that Allah made this haram.´ If they do testify, do not testify with them and do not follow the whims and desires of people who deny Our Signs, and who do not have iman in the Next World and make others equal to their Lord (Quran 6:150)
4. Opinion
It is He who sent down the Book to you from Him: ayats containing clear judgements — they are the core of the Book — and others which are open to interpretation. Those with deviation in their hearts follow what is open to interpretation in it, desiring conflict, seeking its inner meaning. No one knows its inner meaning but Allah. Those firmly rooted in knowledge say, ´We have iman in it. All of it is from our Lord.´ But only people of intelligence pay heed (Quran 3:7)
5. Speculation
They follow nothing but speculation; They are merely guessing (Quran 6:116)
Guessing is no substitute for Truth (Quran 10:36)
Guesswork is no substitute at all for the Truth (Quran 53:28)
Do not follow blindly what you do not know to be true: ears, eyes, and heart, you will be questioned about all these (Quran 17:36)
Say, "This is my way. It is with proofs and evidences! I, as well as those who follow me, call you towards Allah. He is the most High! [ELSE] I would never commit the sin of shirk!" (Quran 12:108)
6. Emotion
If the truth were in accord with their own likes and dislikes, the heavens and the earth and everyone in them would have been brought to ruin! (Quran 23:71)
Have you seen him who has taken his whims and desires to be his god? (Quran 25:43)
7. Appeal to popularity
If you follow the majority of people on the earth, they would misguide you from Allah´s Way. They follow nothing but conjecture. They are only guessing (Quran 6:116)

Natural Person IF Allah (P) guides someone (Q) THEN he cannot be misguided (Q39:37) Example
